Karen Catlin is an award-winning author and speaker on inclusive workplaces. She has published four books in the Better Allies series and emails a roundup of “5 Ally Actions” to over 40,000 newsletter subscribers every week. Previously, Karen spent 25 years building software products and serving as a vice president of engineering at Adobe.
Julie Kratz is an allyship and inclusion expert, keynote speaker, and CEO of Next Pivot Point. A Forbes columnist and professor at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, she also leads International Allyship Day in NYC. With an MBA and six books, she helps leaders build more inclusive workplaces.
